This enrollment guide is for new student & transferee applicants.
Returning students must enroll via the Pace Portal from June 23–July 4, 2025.

Request for: School Tour & Entrance Exam Form
Book a School Tour or Entrance Exam
Fill out the form with basic student information and the grade level they are enrolling in.
Once you’ve submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your School Tour and/or Entrance Exam schedule, payment instructions, and a summary of the provided information.
Take the Entrance Exam & Wait for the Results!
New students from Senior Nursery and up must pay ₱650 Entrance Exam Fee and complete a short test.
For incoming students from Senior Nursery and above, an entrance examination is required. The assessment covers the core subjects: English, Math, Science, Filipino, and Civics. Students are given one (1) hour to complete the test.
Results will be released within 1–2 business days via the contact information provided (email, SMS, call, or Viber).
Important Note: Entrance exams are not required for Junior Nursery applicants. They may proceed directly to enrollment upon payment of the Reservation Fee and Application Fee.

Once you have received the acceptance letter/call, new student applicants must:

1. Application Fee PHP 2,500
2. Reservation Fee PHP 5,000
Please note that the reservation fee will be deducted from the tuition fee. *Minimum Required Fees are Non-Refundable

Submit Requirements & Get your Parent & Student Credentials
Head to Talayan Campus for final document submission.

Birth Certificate
1×1 ID Picture
Immunization Record
Medical Certificate
Progressive Report Card (If Preschool Student)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Form 137 (if transferee)
Once you’ve submitted all required documents and settled the New Student Admission Fees, you’ll receive your official Pace Academy Parent & Student Portal credentials via email!
