Once the appointment is scheduled at your convenience, please make sure to bring a hard copy of the student’s documents. The list of the required documents will be sent via email along with a confirmation of the schedule.
Parents are required to pay an Assessment Fee of ₱650.00 via Online Banking or at the School Cashier at the Talayan Campus.
For Online Banking Payment:
a. Pay Assessment Fee via Online Banking

b. After Payment, email the proof of payment at the email: [email protected]
c. Await for the confirmation email that states the confirmed date for the assessment as well as confirmation that the payment has been received.
Cash payments will be received at Pace Academy Talayan Campus located at 126 Talayan Road, Talayan Village, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City.
The assessment is done at the Talayan campus. Take note that office hours are from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mondays through Fridays, and Saturday mornings.
For the Tuition Fee Payments, the following are accepted: Checks / Online Banking / Cash
Student Assessment & Submission of Required Documents
Student Assessment, Submission of Documents, and Interview (if applicable), will take place at the Talayan Campus.
Application Review & Acceptance Notification
Parents will be informed of the assessment results via Email, or through Phone Call within 3 days.
Enrollment Confirmation
After Notifying the parents, the school will be sending an Enrollment Form for parents to fill-out the necessary details of the students.
Students and Parents will receive their Pace Email Address, after confirming the information from the Enrollment Form.
