Pace Academy Appoints New Vice Principal
During Pace Academy’s 2025 Faculty and Staff Retreat, Principal Dr. Eddie Lao shared heartfelt reflections on his journey in education. He spoke of embracing every twist in his career with love and faith, emphasizing that true perseverance stems from a deep commitment to serve God. With the support of Mrs. Lao, he also looked back on the founding of Pace Academy—built not without challenges, but always with purpose and conviction.
As he addressed the school’s continuing mission to transform lives through Christian character education and academic excellence, Dr. Lao reminded everyone that this work is not done alone—it is a shared responsibility. In this spirit, he made a significant announcement: the appointment of Mrs. Kae Yvette Q. Tugade as Vice Principal of Pace Academy.
Mrs. Tugade, who has served as Academic Supervisor, has long demonstrated a strong sense of dedication, professionalism, and leadership. Her unwavering commitment to staff development, academic quality, and student success has left a lasting impact on the Pace community.
As she steps into her new role, Mrs. Tugade is set to further elevate the school’s academic programs while upholding its core mission and values. With the “Heart of a Champion,” she leads not only with skill, but with the grace and strength that defines the Pace Academy spirit.
Congratulations, Vice Principal Tugade!
May your leadership continue to guide Pace Academy forward with excellence and faith.
